Could not arrive to the hotel because trains got cancelled due to a typhoon. This was nobody’s fault but the hotel didn’t want to show any sign of goodwill and waive at least a part of the cancellation fee. Just kept repeating their policy. Lets the customer bear all the costs of a natural disaster. Disappointing, not customer friendly at all.
